Virginia Woolf's first published work. It's so interesting to see what ideas and metaphors continued throughout her later novels! But overall, although it had some very good reflections, it was a tad too long and plot-less for me. I was very happy to have read it and for it to end.
Graphic: Grief, Death, Medical content, and Terminal illness
Moderate: Colonisation, Sexism, Racism, and Classism
Minor: Death of parent and Suicide
