I got to meet Bryan Walpert when we studied 16 Planets in Year 13, since my teacher had been a student of his. I love his writing style - the way you start off knowing absolutely nothing and then everything unfolds and you're still left with questions but you think you understand it. I wasn't a huge fan of a couple of the stories, but there were others that were amazing. And of course, some were set in New Zealand, both where I live and in places I've been to, which is always so great.
