The OG enemies to lovers

This book took me alone time to read partially because I read Unravel Me in the middle of it so I took a break about 300 pages in. The other reason it took so long was because it was along and wordy book. I also spent a day reading 20 pages that I had already read because I forgot it. The other reason was because it was kinda of boring. I have it a 2 because the whole thing with Lydia was entertaining and the last 15ish pages made me happy. I wish Mr. Darcy showed up more in the book.

I read this book because my OM team was doing a play based of the theme of Pride and Prejudice so I thought reading the book would give me insight

A humorous, often painful look into the intertwining of men and women of high-to-middle class consciousness. Some may find it appropriate, others distant, but all will benefit from the sheer brilliance of characterization here. The same is true, of course, for the rest of Austen's novels.
