While by far the best book of the TUA series, with more cohesive writing and a more captivating and clear story and art that continues to shine, this comic still has its flaws. Again, I feel it fails to tackle some of its themes and topics with the grace necessary, and it is still confusing at times. Better than the other two volumes but still not the best comic ever written.

A more fun and cohesive read than the first two. The art is the best it has been in all three books, and the writing has become slightly better. There is still, however, the failed attempts at tackling themes and topics.

I didn't think it was possible to have a more confusing plot than the first two volumes, but wow, they accomplished it.

Once I figured out what the hell was going on in the third act, it was an interesting concept. Unfortunately, like a lot of other reviewers have said and I've echoed - the show is just better. There is no reason to read these, they're confusing, the art is a mess, and the characters make no sense.

If there is ever a volume 4 I'll be thrilled to hate read it. But right now I'll take the wonderful adaption that actually assigns the cast of characters a personality.
