February 2021 FAVORITE READ OF THE MONTH
What I Did Like:
-These characters. They’re well written and amazing. I love characters that don’t get everything right the first time, characters who make mistakes. These characters are just that! I’ve absolutely loved them through this entire trilogy and I’ve enjoyed watching Mac, specifically, grow and change.
-Paranormal stuff is well written. I have said this about every book in this series, and it’s SO important. If you want a book that delves into runes, psychics, ghosts, and more but still stays BELIEVABLE, you NEED to read this trilogy.
-Mystery. At the end of the day, this is a mystery book. You’re looking for the clues right along with Mac and the mystery delivers. I didn’t have it all figured out (which I love) and the ending was satisfying.
Who Should Read This One:
-Fans of paranormal, FOR SURE.
-Readers who like a good mystery and aren’t afraid of crossing paranormal lines to get it.
-You know what this reminded me of, in a way? CHARMED the original TV show. Solving mysteries in paranormal ways … sound like something you’ll like? Get the series.
My Rating: 5 Stars. I absolutely ADORE this series and the ending was exactly what I wanted it to be.
