While I haven't tried any of the recipes in this book I know from experience that KA Baking Company's recipes are well-tested. From my initial read-through last night I found 20 recipes I want to bake soon. Looking forward to it. And this may be what I spend my bookstore gift certificate to buy.

King Arther Baking Company has been my go-to internet resource for bread baking for many years. I was excited to try some new ideas and there are so many beautifully illustrated recipes to choose from. But, this is so much more than just a cookbook. It is an invaluable resource, demonstrating each step of baking with not only how but why, for any level baker with the potential to inspire generations of memories in the kitchen.
