Quite a good biography of Julius Caesar, that presents the facts and leaves the judgment aside, for the reader to make on their own.

I enjoyed this book but I feel like it left out a lot about Caesar's personal life and the ending seemed very abrupt to me. If you are interested in Caesar's military achievements and his rise to power, you will enjoy this book.

"The greatest man who ever lived was Julius Caesar"

Love this book, love Julius Caesar ... he was amazing, and this book, though non-fiction, is very well-written and brings Caesar and his world to life.
