торнтон вайлдер тихо й доволі природно переміг у категорії «чого б такого тематичного почитати, доки папа в перу». у принципі, події цієї книжки могли б відбуватися де завгодно, така вона притчева, і з перуанського там хіба назви міст, але все одно добре: текст дуже затишний, а фінал – зворушливий, нехай і навряд чи поступається банальністю висновкам брата юніперо.
