2.5 stars. This was basically a collection of blog posts which are good to read individually but don't really hang together or provide much depth to sink my teeth into. A few good snippets of ideas in here.

this book delivers on its promise. i don't think the approach is very everyone. it's for a super planner that wants to crank it out. although his exact methodology doesn't exactly work for me, there are some amazing nuggets of wisdom throughout the book. it's a stand out in terms of business books that feel readable, interesting and completely useful in your daily work. i'd highly recommend 18 minutes for anyone trying to find more focus (and happiness!) on the job. it's a quick read and completely worth your time.

Peter really makes this book practical with examples and small bit size steps leading up toward the end. Trying out the things written.

Some good ideas here, I think. Now if I can just make myself try it (I'll start with the hourly check-in).

A lot of material here I've read in other places, but nicely presented in easily-digestible chunks. Fits very well with the ideas behind GTD and Bullet Journaling.

Super useful summary of leadership and time management principles distilled into compact chapters with sticky stories and distinct themes. I appreciate that each chapter has a summary at the end. I plan on taking notes on the summaries as a refresher.
