THIS IS ONE OF THE MOST ENJOYABLE BOOKS THAT I'VE EVER READ. Even though it has been 11 years since I read it, I so thoroughly enjoyed it that I've recommended, and even bought it for a few folks in the intervening decade, including as recently as last year. And now to that a new one is coming out in May--I am extremely happy. I was afraid the other was a one and done.

I searched back through my reading past, then searched the web and found the Agnes Sharp series by Swann, and read the first book in that series last year. While it was terrific--the characters WERE NOT SHEEP. True, they were enjoyable (or kinda cranky) old folks, but it was pretty funny.

Glad to see that THE SHEEP are back to solve another mystery.

This was a cute book, and I enjoyed the Irish accents on the audio book. George's flock of sheeps, shocked by his murder, band together to try and solve the mystery. It's a slow moving, quiet book - I mean, it's about a flock of sheep. But it's very sweet, and I love the way the sheep think about humans.

A really unique way to tell a story. The sheep are interesting. And the solving of the case was unexpected. There’s a lot of sheep and I had a hard time keeping track on the audio version.
