Wow this was powerful. It’s a very short audiobook and the production was great. But wow I can’t get over the ending. It makes a statement and it makes you think. I did guess who it was, but I felt like for a thriller, it wasn’t really about that which is rare. It was about something much bigger. I’ll definitely be picking up more from Lucinda Berry very soon!!! Really recommend this one! Definitely search up triggers first though.

A young teenage girl calls the line with threats of suicide after being assaulted at a party and discovering there is a video of her. Felicia desperate to save this girl girls her her personal cell phone number.
Desperate to figure out who this young girl is she is attached to her phone hoping the girl will call her before she hurts herself or anyone else. As the story unfolds you learn more about what happened to Chloe along with more of Felicia's past and why she decided to volunteer at the crisis center.
This audiobook was just under 4 hours and narrated by A.J. Cook and Tessa Albertson. While most of the narration is done by Cook the phone calls made by Tessa seem so realistic and you can really hear the devastation and hurt in her voice.
This book was well done and I loved that it was a quick read and was able to finish it on release day before I went to bed. Lucinda has a way of making me think what would I do if I was a mother in this situation in a lot of her books.
