קאל חוזר לשנה השלישית שלו במיגסטריום וגם הפעם חייו נמצאים בסכנה. הספר לא מבזבז זמן ישר קופץ לאקשן. ברור לכותבות שזהו ספר שלישי ולכן הוקראים אינם צריכים שיסבירו להם שוב מי הן הדמויות ומה הן עושות (ריק ריירדן אני מסתכלת עליך, תילמד) . מצד שני, העלילה לא נותנת לגיבורים רגע של שקט.
נוצר מצב שהספר הקטן (הכי קצר בסדרה, לפי דעתי) מתיש לחלוטין את הקורא. יש תחושה של דחיפות בספר, שחייבים להגיע לסוף שלו, כי אז קורה הדבר החשוב באמת. התוצאה היא שהרבה מהתפניות בעלילה לקראת סוף הספר אינן משכנעות ובאמת, לא יכול להיות שחבורה של קוסמים כל כך חזקים הם גם כל כך עיוורים
שורה תחתונה, הספר הזה הוא הספר שמעביר תא הזמן בין שני ספרים טובים (אני מקווה) כמו שאות אתנה מעביר את הזמן בין בן נפטון לבין בית האדס. כלומר, חייבים לקרוא אותו כדי לדעת מה קורה בעלילה אבל אתם לא ממש תיהנו ממנו ותקוו שהבא יהיה יותר מוצלח

I NEED the next book! This series is pretty solid and has lots of twists and turns.

oh my God!!!!! this book suddenly took a veeeery dark turn and I am heart broken...
while the first two books seemed childish this one proved that the authors are changing the style as the characters are growing older, and so beautifully mastered this together...
this book differs from Cassandra Clare's all perfect and spotless characters, and from Holy Black's too smart characters that have the answer for everything!!!!
I felt all the characters' doubts, their fears, and their sorrows!!!!!
it was perfect...
have to be honest though, if u are a pro book reader u will see the twist waaaay before it happens, but not all of it!!!!!

Craziness. That's what describes this entire novel. I loved the action and drama, but I must comment on the character development. I was not satisfied with my connection with the characters, or more accurately the lack thereof. Regardless, it still remained a pretty good novel, with a killer ending.

Was again annoyed with the ending. I am going to be really upset if Aaron is dead dead. The adults in these books are failures.

Every great series has a slow book. And this is that book. After flying through the first two books at the speed of light and then raving about how awesome they were, it was a bit of a surprise for this one to take me nearly a week to read. The story was just so incredibly slow with very little in the way of twists or new additions to keep you interested. Even the conclusion isn't all that exciting. It all felt like the means by which we get to the next book in the series, not one we are actually meant to enjoy.

Venia de lo mejor leyendo, ya sabia desde hacia un rato (bueeeeno sospechaba) quien era el espía, todo muy dinámico, todo muy bien, y de repente paso todo en camara rápida, Aaron muere y yo ahí onda... DAFUk? y paso pagina y se termina el libro y yo ahí como... que? que? que? de verdad lo mato?? y piensa terminar ahí? en serio? WHAT?
El libro me pareció EXCELENTE, me reí mucho en ciertos momentos del desarrollo, pero el final fue tan rápido y tan precipitado que ni siquiera me emociono la muerte de Aaron, no lo podía creer y paso así, rápido, y pasaron a algo mas y yo quede ahí en babia, sin entender nada, hasta que vi que se había terminado el libro. El final es abierto y dramático, esta bien, te deja con ganas de mas. Pero el desenlace de este libro fue demasiado precipitado. Por eso no le puse las 5 estrellas que merece la historia :(
Por lo demás, como ya dije antes, es EXCELENTE y es una saga que recomiendo 100%
