This was enjoyable but a quirk-fest from start to finish. No stakes, no tension, no plot—just twee vibes.

Loved this book. I find it hard to get into a funny book as sometimes they are not that funny. However this book made me laugh put loud. A very good book showing the ups and downs of life.

I feel that the author of this has the writing skills there to in the future write some of my favourite books. Having listened to her on podcasts I know that she has the thought process to write a novel that I really connect with, however, this was not that book. I feel the storyline and characters have let down the writing here but I’m excited to see what Monica writes next!

This wasn’t really good actually, it was just alright.

Maybe I’m just depressed idk but I just couldn’t stay focused on this. Took me way too long to read and I just wasn’t invested.
