Well, guess Cloudia gave the story some backbone, and now it's all a gory mess there is less and less funnier by the page. In one hand, love me seeing Gertrude having it rough. Love me the labyrinth weirdoes and Duncan the Dragon. Also, is there anyone more relatable than Larry? I too went to a nice university and had a nice future ahead of me, but then something went wrong and now I'm a miserable secretary to stupid, violent and childish 30-somethigs (or worst: 50-somethings). Can life get any worse? Let's wait and see.

So I guess it just takes me one volume to get into a graphic novel series because I really enjoyed this one. This was just as gory as the first one but I enjoyed the story a lot more. The artwork is the star of this graphic novel series. I especially liked the brief change in the middle. I can honestly say I would have read this if it was just the art and no dialogue. I can’t wait to read the third volume.

Gertrude wants to get back home and she is still stuck in fairyland (after like 30 yrs). She is trying everything possible to get back home. This volume was even more silly compared to the first volume. Also it was pretty boring and not that funny. It is funny in parts but the story as such isn't strong. The main character is interesting with her psychopath attitude. Just like Happy enters fairyland in the previous volume, a boy dressed as a dragon enters fairyland in this volume.
The artwork is really good especially the point where we see the art style switching to video game format. I was quite impressed with the artwork.
