Decent book. One of his series I will still read. The only other series I will read is the Alex Cross books.

better than than last few. Enough to have me pick up the next one in the series. Still not as good as the first few in the series.

Another Double case - great murder mysteries! This was between a 4-5 star book for me. I went ahead & gave it 5, but it wasn't my favorite WMC book, but one of the top 5. :)
Newlywed & newly pregnant, Lindsay Boxer, a sergeant of the SFPD is assigned two homicide cases. Lindsay was challenged a lot In this book. Her relationships were really tested. I was surprised the women's murder club didn't play a big role in this book. I thought with Lindsay's personal struggles there'd be more "girl time". Great, quick read. Can't wait to see what James & Maxine do with the next book in this series!

An average read for the series. I like how we focused more on yuki this book because it felt like her character was lacking.

It wasn't that great. These books have really just gone down, but I still kind of want to hear what happens to the character so I stick with it. There really isn't that much character development though. And the personal stuff in Lindsay's life just seems to get ridiculous. It's a fast read, so I didn't mind the waste of time too much.
