The range of emotion I felt towards Lori through this book surprised me. The past two horror novels I read the main characters felt flat. In this instance you feel sorry for Lori and then a slow building disgust/repulsion as you uncover her story. Excellent writing.

THIS BOOK! Easily one of the best books I have ever read. This is one that settles into your bones and will not let go. I will be thinking of this book for a long time. If you can handle strong trigger warning situations I would highly recommend.

Don’t read it. It’s disgusting. The main plot in itself is fine, it’s the subplots. I almost threw up. Look, it’s a well written book, but not worth the read. However, the main character was wildly interesting to look at. Her thoughts are… interesting.
