I've gotten very bad lately for keeping up with my reviews. Anyway, this was about the same as the other two as far as I remember (annoying and completely forgettable with casual stereotyping of Dublin and its inhabitants).
I've got to the point with this series where I honestly couldn't care less what happens to the characters, they are all awful. But feel I have invested so much time in it that I have to see what happens in the end (very annoying).
Can feel brain cells dying every time I attempt to get through it...

Dammit, man. I dont especially like any of the characters or the writing. But. I want to know what happens next. I think three books is enough to call it a hate read series. Im in.
Ok, Ms. Karen Marie Moning...I'm totally in! I mean, I was in...but now?! I'm already on to Dreamfever. Holy smokes this one was a page-turner...I would have finished sooner but people (family) kept interrupting me with demands...work...food...sleep, etc.
The lead-up to Samhain was nailbiting and then...then...holy sugar daddy!!! Obviously, I cannot go into details, but suffice to say, I am loving Ms. Moning's writing and Ms. Lane

Okay, I love Barons. He is my favorite broody, middle of the road character ever. I know he cares about Mac. But I also know he's out for himself. When she gets all down and emotional, I think he feeds off of it in some way. WHAT IS HE??? I want to know what he is!
The Machalo was ingenious. And I loved the scene where Barons walked in on her pretending to fight the fae in the book store.
I teared up every single time the LM sent her a page from Alina's diary. And omg now she's under his spell, whaaaat? How could they end the book there?? GAH!
Roweena is still a bitch. Man, she is just so against Mac without huge reason aside from her own ego.
V'laine, his scenes with Mac always make for a good read. I really like V'laine. I loved that he gave Mac a day with Alina. And his going to the Abbey with her? That was cool. I really expected him to come in and save the day at the end and he didn't.
And man that ending. The fae have overrun Dublin and probably more. We don't know if Barons was able to help with anything (omg where is he?). I refuse to believe he dosed the amulet with shades to take out the other sidh-seers at the abbey. And now Mac is under the LM's spell... and her spear! She needs that! Omg such a mess and I need to know what happens.

Trippy.
Once again, the plot thickens and you get to watch Mac develop into a kick-ass character. Loved losing myself in this book.

These books are getting even better if that's possible. The characters are getting deeper and are really starting to emote but in a good way. I am feeling what Mac feels (ie. when she says she is going to miss the bookstore, I'm right there with her). This novel travels back and forth through dark and light leaving the reader in suspense. So glad to have the next book at my fingertips. Don't know what I would have gotten to this series earlier.
At this time I am unable to think about anything but the next book in this series. I need it! I crave it! I must have it in my possession or I will cease to exist. The third book was that incredible!!! READ IT!
In Faefever, we learn more about the secretive Barrons although what we learn still doesn't provide much insight into what he is or his agenda. Mac's agenda is all about revenge. She wants to make the Lord Master pay for killing her sister. Faefever moved a little slow for me in the beginning. There was a lot of repetitive background information; stuff you already knew if you read the first two books. But towards the middle and all the way to the end, everything shifted and as the reader you were thrown into chaos. By the time I finished Faefever, I didn't care that Dreamfever was 14 bucks; I was going to download it pronto. The cliffhanger was killer!
