A fantastic look at the history and development of the FBI's BSU, told from the one woman on the team who helped create it. A must-read if you are a true crime on any level.

This book was so interesting! You have the inside look of the making of the FBI’s Behavioral Science Unit. However, Dr. Burgess has a unique view as she is a researcher in nursing and not a special agent. I do need to state that there is a TRIGGER WARNING as crime and it’s components is discussed in detail!
