Things got really convoluted at the end and I was a bit confused. Also, I wanted more of a resolution. So…what happens if the end isn’t well, but the other parts were much well-er?

This wasn’t a particularly pleasant read. I didn’t get much out of it because I was a distracted by the rampant sexism and numerous innuendos and double entendres. They can’t all be winners!

I just got cast as the Countess in a local theatre production so I thought I’d better read the whole play! It’s a strangely constructed jaunt, but it has some of the strongest female characters in all of Shakespeare
