I was a bit skeptical about a sequel seeing that Stevenson wrapped up “Everyone In My Family Has Murdered Someone” so nicely, but he delivers again once more and leaves me wanting more. Stevenson has definitely struck gold with this series - they are clever, well-written, and engaging.

Sequel did not disappoint. Still love the combo of humor and mystery. Ending less convoluted than first book. Had me guessing without making a twist that was thoroughly unbelievable. Ending reminded me a bit of one of “Clue” endings. Can’t wait for another.

I really loved this!! I think I liked it more than the first book. Ernest is such a funny narrator and I enjoyed this cast of characters a lot. This is such a fun way to write a mystery novel and it was an excellent sequel!
