This is a funny book. It is light in content.

I wasn't expecting zombies!!! I always love a book that can make me laugh out loud this much.

I love this book so much. There's so much humor, satire and zombies, one can't help but laugh out loud. Too bad my fellow book club members didn't enjoy it as much as I did.

Definitely my least favorite Moore book. Felt like a mashup of his greatest hits, and it was just kinda meh. Also, for the first time ever, I found myself thinking, "Wow, he is straining these metaphors WAY too far." I usually love how he does all those wacky, weird similes, but it felt forced this time.

This is a yearly reread for me. Christmas zombie told in a funny irreverent Christopher Moore way are just my jam ok?

Nowhere near as clever or as funny as [b:Lamb: The Gospel According to Biff, Christ's Childhood Pal|28881|Lamb The Gospel According to Biff, Christ's Childhood Pal|Christopher Moore|https://d.gr-assets.com/books/1331419009s/28881.jpg|3346728], but entertaining enough. Ooh, that's damning with faint praise, isn't it?

I liked the pot-head copper and the ex-scream queen, and I loved the idea of Raziel but really feel he was a wasted opportunity (as opposed to just wasted: I'm looking at you, Theo).
