I really liked the idea of this book which is fairly unique. The whole premise is very brave of the author. I didn't like it all though I can appreciate how open and honest the author is.

The structure and writing style/voice didn't feel quite right and almost lazy. The insight gained felt very surface level and the psychiatrist came across unhelpful. Maybe this is due to the shortening of sessions for book format. I'm sure this would work for some people but I wouldn't recommend. I probably should have DNF it rather than sticking it out.
