I applaud the vulnerability to publish something so private, but MAN, the vanity Baek Se-hee has was such a turn off. If I was reading rather than listening to this book, there's absolutely no way I would have pushed through.

It's a good outline of how one shouldn't treat oneself and what a therapist definitely should not be saying to their client (also, maybe not being so quick to prescribe so many medications! Clients are not lab animals!!!)

It's a relief to be done with this, tbh.

It was too weird a mix of repetitive (so I lost track) but moments which were too real/relatable making the whole experience not great for me personally. But I can see why it's so loved

I liked this book but there were some times where I felt as though it was a bit... boring?

Other than that, it was really good and I particularly appreciated the conversational format. Really unique!
