A young woman must come to terms with her father not being the man she thought he was. She must continue to face the prejudices against her because of her birth.

It just occurred to me the magic casters were all blonde-haired, blue-eyed women. This left a bad taste in my mouth, but could be completely unintentional. I did not change my rating, but will do more research on the books written.
