Throwing in the towel on this one. Allison Brennan is one of my favorite authors (seriously, I count down the days between Max Revere and Lucy Kincaid releases!) but I just couldn't get in to this. I'll pick it back up eventually, but stopping for now.

A really enjoyable story, It was great to catch up with characters from previous Allison Brennan books, and the story had me gripped from beginning to end.

Enjoyable read. I'll never be fond of novella length reads but this one has characters you want to get to know and a fairly involved plot. Good stuff. I do enjoy Allison Brennan novels. X
