This was a mindfuck but in an enjoyable way for me. Dark, unsettling, and odd to say the least.

Horror done well. It's what I could only describe as uniquely Japanese horror. It isn't scary ghosts per se, it's just disturbing that leaves you a bit shaken. And to me, that's even creepier than ghosts. The stories circles back well too.

Esperaba algo más sádico y fuerte, pero me encantó de todas formas la creatividades de todo.

I love writers who are able to explore dark desires in the characters written. Ogawa is excellent at potraying this. Eventhough this book has 11 different short stories, there is a connection between the characters in one way or another. The dark desires definitely gives you that eerie feeling, especially when it questions and unravel your own dark desire as a reader.
