This volume was entertaining but didn't seem to push the plot forward all that much. We do get a resolution to Dawn's storyline, but it starts out with her in a puppet shop or something and I was really confused as to how she got there (that happens to me a lot with these graphic novels though). Later, you find out there's a huge significance to Harmony's story, so it actually DID push the plot forward even though it didn't seem to at first glance.

Still think this is only enjoyable if is not canon from the TV show. But I really enjoyed

Yikes. Little to redeem this mess. Biggest problem is with zero understanding of bi/pansexuality. But also weird to drop in this "slayer gone bad" deal with a while backstory that isn't explained at all? The whole thing is weird.
I do want more Andrew, though.

Loved the scene with Buffy and Andrew. It was so sweet how she thinks of him as family. I also really liked the scene with Buffy and Dawn finally talking.
Harmony thingy made me very confused because isn’t this set at the same time as ATS season 5 and she’s with Angel’s firm?

Predators and Prey . . . still good, but not as consistently likeable for me as the first four volumes.
I don't like Harmony. I have never found her as funny as the writers apparently do. The reality teevee show thing feels overdone; I just wish they could have found another way to get the anti-Slayer sentiment going. However, the non-Harmony-centric issues were pretty good, especially Safe and titular issue.

Re-read Season 8 this year for Think Galactic.
Originally read in January 2011, or April 2009. A little confused about that, but that was the original Goodreads added date on here.
I was reading these in single issues as they came out, and then bought the trades later, so maybe both are true.
