If you are a Supernatural fan, you will probably enjoy this series?

Does it have cringe-y dialog? Yes. But so does Supernatural

major inconsistencies and annoying MCs but i clearly dont understand sunk costs.

I was pretty bummed how this book went. It was a little too sappy for my liking. First two books I felt were pretty good but this one fell flat for me.

Spoilers ahead!

The whole Zayne coming back a fallen angle was a twist... but after she saves him? Eeeeeeeh. 99% of the book felt like Trinity fan girling about how perfect Zayne is. Like I am very happy he didn't stay dead but it was a bit of an overkill. I caught myself rolling my eyes a lot during the book.

It was a cool plot twist at the end with Peanut being her father. Did not see that one coming tbh.

I did my weird thing I do where i just stop reading right at the end of a series I'm really liking. So I ended up having 7 months go by in between starting and finishing this book. Which kinda sucked for remembering the details of what was happening. So I would probably like to read these through again someday. But the ending was perfect. Except that little bit left open for possibly future books?

Oh. My. God. This was by far the cringiest of the trilogy. Zayne. Lucifer. F’ing Peanut?!?!? I just can’t with this. I at least finished it. But damn.

not me taking a month (and one day, but who's counting?) to read this. man, senior year is really kicking my ass!  all in all, this has to be my least favorite out of the whole trilogy. despite being around 500 pages, the whole thing felt extremely rushed or extremely drug out - there didn't seem to be any middle ground. the only thing that got me through the first two books with higher reviews was the actual plot (originally, i found it very interesting!) and somewhat likeable characters (aka peanut and roth). otherwise, i would never have cared about this book. most of the main characters are unbearable and remained that way throughout all 3 books, and any interesting plots seemed to vanish as quickly as they came - the climax of this book was one and a half chapters! i found this to be an incredibly anticlimactic end to a somewhat okay YA fantasy. the ending, i have to admit, was rather nice. i love peanut forever <3

This is a fitting end to this trilogy. There were some twists that I did not see coming
Spoilerlike Peanut's identity
, but overall it was good. At times, this series felt very much like the YA read it is, but the story line was not juvenile to make you lose interest. I'm still not invested in Roth and Layla's story, so I don't think I will ever go back and read that series, but they were a nice addition as supporting characters in this one. I did like the portrayal of Lucifer as well. This wasn't my favorite series by Ramen trout, but it was worth the read.

LOVED the ending. Totally made the book. The beginning was a bit frustrating

Not my favorite storyline but I do like the characters.
