3.5 stars - definitely feels like this is one of those plays that reads better on stage than on the page, so if it is ever staged again I’d love to see it. Great twist at the end though!

I’ve seen 2:22 five times in the theatre, and the text was just as much of a joy to read. I’m glad that it has been changed and adapted, though, as some bits have come out much better live than on page!

2:22 A Ghost Story is a beautiful play with a brilliant twist at the end that I had absolutely no clue about! I watched it live, which is where I got the book, and although I thought it would be kind of boring as I knew what happened, I was very wrong! The book and the play are very slightly different, but I also love going back and realising all the clues! Will 100% see and read again!
