OH, GOD! I think I will not forget about this book for at least ten years.
What just I read? I don't know if I have to give five stars for this fantastic story or one star for making me frustrated and depressed while reading it.

TRIGGER WARNINGS: Rape, Sexual Assault, Sexual Content, Sexual Violence, Child Abuse, Toxic Relationship, Mental Illness, Adult/minor Relationship, Bullying, Slut-shamming, Panic Attack, Drug Use/Drug Abuse, Alcoholism, Suicidal thoughts.

I know, so many. Because of it, I don’t recommend this book if you have a problem with some of the warnings I list above.

I know the story in this book is fiction, but it is not a secret that so many people share a similar history. Please don’t be scared to speak up because trust me, we will trust you. And so many people will help you and give you justice.

5/5⭐️

“My body is a tourture chamber. It’s a fucking crime scene. Hideous things have happened here, it’s nothing to talk about, nothing to comment on, not out loud.”

This was the second book I’ve read in the year. This book is about a girl, Eden who was sexually assaulted by her brother’s best friend Kevin during winter break of her freshman year of high school. The story is told in four; each one for her years in high school. This book was SOO emotional for me and even if you don’t like the story it’s self the meaning behind it is great. Seeing the struggle Eden was going through mentally was so heartbreaking and how she felt like she couldn’t tell anyone what happened. PERSONALLY after what her friend did to her behind her back and Eden seeing it for herself I couldn’t forgive her and I don’t know how Eden did.
