Ray Bradbury has the finest prose I've ever read. It's dynamic, electric, and delicately woven - and most importantly it is the perfect vehicle to pull off Dandelion Wine which is without a doubt one of the finest things I've ever read. Bradbury focuses on the human experience; specifically the very young and the very old. It captures childlike wonder like fireflies in a jar; there's nothing that truly separates the world of Dandelion Wine from ours, except the tangible possibility that there is something magic around every corner. It's perfectly made (Except for some minor embedded racism), and made me cry more than any book I can remember. 10/10.

Lyrical, and full of suspense. My heart would race, cry and dance over every word. I will read this book every summer.
