Super fun sequel to That Time I Got Drunk and Saved a Demon! 

This one felt even more fast paced, which given the length, I am not complaining about! 

It was a fun and lighthearted read with lots of silly moments and swoony instalove romance.

Fun, but it was missing the narrative thrust of the previous book. I kept forgetting about the big conflict when there wasn't focus on it because it was treated more like a subplot.

I love this series! Each book is such a delightful mash of humour, misunderstandings, romance, and adventure, all wrapped up in a setting that honours medieval-esque fantasy while still feeling fresh. I need like a dozen more of these books in my life!

I thought That Time I got Drunk and Saved a Demon was hilarious. Obviously not a super intriguing plot but some jokes and some spice. This book however fell flat. Lacked heart and even the jokes felt forced. I had low expectations going into this book knowing what it was but even those expectations were too high lol unfortunate!
