This was my first fairy tale Retelling of Snow White and Rose Red and is a fairy tale that I am less familiar with. I enjoyed the characters and the story in this fast paced retelling. I look forward to reading the next book in this series of standalone fairy tales.

A short re-telling of a well known fairytale. I like the style and the choice of subject. Yes, it could have included more details and gone deeper. However, as short stories go, I enjoyed it. Made me want to check out her other books.
