The spice was good. The ending was good. It felt like in the middle she paused the plot, and it was pure smut. I was close to DNF’ing but kept on, glad I finished it. It kept me interested, yet it was predictable. It just still sits weird with me. I’m glad to be done with it, won’t ever reread it, but won’t tell someone not to read it.

My first Penelope read! The first half of this book was honestly nothing special but the second half totally made up for it! Kaleb man…just Kaleb

I thought it was really good. The main character kind of frustrated me a bit. Like make up your mind.
The spice was good. Great even.
In all honesty I really did like it.

if i could i would burn all the copies of this book to ever exist. My eyes hurt
here are my issues with this book
1. girlie's parents died, who treated her like a ghost and ignored her, and this is her backstory, which is brought in to just make us pity the character and has no otherwise relevance
2. there is all this build up to where she meets her step uncle, he can't stop looking at her, touching her, treats her like a faux wife, touches her whenever, and when they finally do it, multiple times in 24 hours, it's now fucked out their systems and suddenly all this tension goes away.
3. noah, her step cus, has the hots for her, it builds up their chemistry, she wants him to take her, when he wants, she doesn't want him, cause she's now loyal to his dad, since they did it first, he goes all hurt, and the she goes and convinces him that she likes him, so he can fuck her and then she does it with him and his brother. like girl what do you want?
4. after all this, she falls in love with the second brother, who tries to r*ape her multiple times, spits on her, hits her, calls her a slut, throws food at her, has anger management issues, but we are supposed to love him cause he has his trauma! what? and then they are in this relationship(that came our of nowhere honestly). and her supposed love affair with other two males is now dead, cause he is possessive. im laughing at this point. then the dude throws her birth control in the trash, so he can get her pregnant so she's stuck with him.
5. all these three men, love-hate each other, their trauma stories are brought in somehow to justify their behaviour in the scene and im not sure what i was supposed to do with it

You know how when there’s a car accident and you should look away, but you can’t stop yourself; That’s what this book was for me. Raunchiest book I’ve read yet.
