I am still processing this one. The characters were so heartbreaking. And one of my favorite things is when authors write characters that love one another despite, or because of, all their broken edges and jagged pieces. That said, I think Tiernan’s story would have been stronger if it had ended differently.

There is a lot to unpack with this one. I may come back and write a proper review later but for now I am just thinking on it.

Definitely read the content warnings and take them seriously.

This book really teetered on being to cringe...but it was like a bad trainwreck I couldn't look away from. I both hated it and kinda liked it? Still, I'll give Penelope Douglas props because I haven't stopped thinking about the book but I don't think it's necessarily a good thing.

This was by far one of the stupidest books I’ve ever read. That being said, i crushed it. Was it hot? Yes I guess if you ignore the in**st and r*pe. But the plot was insanity. Half a star for its readability though because I did fly through it which says something I guess! But truly not good

SPICY

One of those books you won’t be telling your coworkers that you’re reading. Now I feel a little concerned with my love for this book.
