helpfully gives the technical terms for concepts you may have thought of before, but a lot of the philosophy i’ve already heard before and it’s just packaged differently

The word 'courage', your unhappiness cannot be blamed on your past or your environment. Just lack courage to be happy.

No matter what has occurred in your life it should have no hearing at all on how you live now on. That's you, living in the here and now, are the one who determines your own life.

That goal can be realised is just find your shortcomings, start disliking yourself, and become someone who doesn't enter into interpersonal relationships.

Being alone isn't what makes you feel lovely.  Loneliness is having other people and society around you and having a deep sense of beinh excluded from them. To feel lonely, we need other people. That is to say, a person becomes an individual.

Life is not a competition. It's enough to just keep moving in a forward direction, without competing with anyone. There is no need to compare yourself with others
