I could never not love a Kathleen Glasgow book. the ending did kind of smack me in the face a little though, came out of nowhere and I was not prepared for that PTSD.

This book is like feeling really shit about everything and then you start thinking about dying or start thinking about someone dying and it’s just really fucking shitty because all you have to live off of are their memories and maybe one day you won’t even have that and I still remember the scent of your perfume and your favourite song and the one you scream to on the radio as well and I’m just trying to hold on to all of these things because I can’t lose you all the way I can’t I can’t I just can’t handle it not like others can not like everybody else and I’m sorry
