I loved Tristan and the boys, but Claire’s behavior really annoyed me. I know she was going through a lot, but I just couldn’t stand her.
The second in the Miles High series was perfection. It had all the feels. It was deeply touching and moving and had so many laugh out loud moments! I loved how Trystan engaged with Anderson (he calls Claire by her surname, Anderson). I love the nicknames he gives the boys and how he can engage on their level and give as good as he gets. This was one amazing, enjoyable read. Loved it from beginning to end!

After reading the first book in the series I wasn't dying to continue it. But I was pleasantly surprised by this one! I was a lot funnier than I expected. The beginning of the book was fantastic, the end was ok. I guess I wished the heroine had talked to a therapist or some girlfriends or something to work through her thoughts. She just changed her mind drastically in the span of a few pages and it felt like something was missing.
hell yeah! I love this couple and the story was fun and there was the right amount of drama and angst.
After the first one, I was hoping Tristans story would also be fun but for me it’s just okay. The boys are funny and I do like the progression of characters but it just felt like it was trying to be to real. I want to read to escape and for me this book just didn’t deliver. I was also hoping for more of Jay and Emily and I feel like there was a lot of missed opportunity.
