Unexpected
This book made me laugh so are but in turn, made me bawl my eyes out. As a 30 something year old mom, this story was very easy to relate to. I absolutely loved it. Tristan is not at all what I expected after reading The Stopover, but I am oh so glad he wasn’t what I expected. He was so much better. This story is cute, funny, spicy and just perfection to me

This is one book I will not take criticism on. It’s a 5 star, and anything less is blasphemy. Tristen & Harry are my whole heart. I’ve never been in love with a side character more than Harry.
I love everything in this book from the banter to the spice. It’s complete perfection!
While very smutty it also gets very deep & emotional regarding loss & family relations which was a pleasant surprise.
Wasn’t my favorite brother! I definitely prefer the first book and Jameson! Clare had me so mad as well with her mixed signals! Her sons were very cute and made the book 10x better! This one ALMOST made me not want to read the next one Almost!

FMC is the absolute worst. The kids and the MMC relationship was the only enjoyable part. I truly hate that women

T can be a real dickhead, but I did like the story overall.
Great
Seriously great book! I couldn’t stop laughing at Wiz! I loved the first book and loved the second just as much!

soooo much banter and good humour, 100x better than the first in the series
If you're looking for a spicy romance read that packs a punch of comedy, then "The Takeover" is the book for you. Without spoilers, a scene that includes Tristan meeting Claire's family, had me in literal tears of laughter. I was so surprised by how funny this book was. And while it is very explicit, it also manages to be very tender. A Five-Star read for me.
