I wasn't sure I was liking the book during the first part of the book, although a spicy enemies to lovers work trip is always fun. As it got towards the end of the book I found a lot of the moments really sweet and I liked the ending. On to the next book. 3*

“Because we love you,” Harry says. “And we’re staying with you until you come home . . . and you can’t make us leave. You’re our dad, and dads belong with their kids.”

I hated Claire this entire book. She’s stupid. I love Tristan and the boys though.

it was cute and i needed a light book after reading just fantasy lately.

Excellent book

This book is great. The characters feel real and it’s up and downs feel real also. I’m loving this series so far.

It was sexy, sure, but the writing was brutal. How many times can you giggle in a book? And was "beautiful" the only word available to describe the main male character? Also, he was really angry for no reason a lot of the time and was kind of a dick.

I devoured this book. I really enjoyed the first book in the series, The Stopover, and this one did not disappoint. I absolutely loved that the h was an older widowed woman with three kids. Lots of emotions in this book and at times the story felt really raw and real. An great story, a good amount of steam, and loved all the bits about the h's family. The h grieves for her dead husband throughout the whole book (which is understandable), but I have to admit that it got tiresome towards the end. It was frustrating because she wouldn't let go - it wasn't fair to Tristan as he was super patient with her. I'm looking forward to reading about Elliot's story in The Casanova, which comes out in August 2021!

Completely different from any billionaires romance I ever read and this is why my rating is high, there was a few things that didn’t work for me in this book like the unnecessary third act breakup but mostly it had me laughing a lot and the spice was on point. I loved Tristan and Claire’s banter and chemistry.

“I am hard to get.” I tap the bed beside me. “But tonight, I’m easy to fuck.” Claire

I laughed so hard at some of the parts! This was such a good book!!

came back and loved it

I loved Tristan when he showed up in the first book, so I was excited to read his book, but when I started it last year I couldn’t get into it. In the last few days I’ve seen people raving about it so I decided to come back and try again- I’m SO GLAD I did because I absolutely loved it! I’m guessing I was in a book slump or something last time because I was into it from the very beginning this time and barely put it down!
