I wanted to understand Gabe more, and his (seemingly) overnight change in feelings for Lydia. He was definitely attracted to her, but I wanted a better view of his internal thoughts on how Lydia could have him reevaluating everything he felt about marriage for years!

Another fine book

This is the 3rd book by Noelle Adams I have read. I really enjoy the Willow Park series. They're heartwarming, quick reads. I love the Christian themes woven through, it's there but not loud or preachy. Very well done!

I don't know why it took me a whole year to try another book in this series. I really love how there are characters of faith yet and how their faith works out in their lives. And I really can not resist marriage of convenience stories. This one was good and I loved the kid character. I'm not going to wait another year to read the rest of the series.

Also as a member of a conservative Presbyterian denomination, Adams gets that and the theology of her characters so right. I really kind of want to have coffee with her and her chat about this.

It was a sweet little story that had one of my fave romance tropes, so I'm glad it was written so well. The characters were interesting, and the romance was believable.

A cute, quick read featuring a marriage of convenience. I read the first book in this series a while ago and liked it and have had this one on my e-reader for awhile and decided to give it a try. I didn't like it quite as much as I did the first one, but it was cute and I liked the relationship between Lydia and Gabe. What I really like about this series is that the characters are Christians, but it's not Christian Fiction. It has all the elements (including the love scenes) you would get in regular mainstream Romance, but the characters stand apart a bit from the norm. I like this bit of diversity that you don't often see in mainstream fiction.

I am really enjoying this Willow Park Series - it is so different than anything else out there today.

I am rushed and finals around the corner - a more detailed review to come.

I received this book from the author and this is my honest review
