I enjoyed some other memoirs by female comedians, and this one was interesting in parts, but the potty humor is really not my thing. I get enough of that from my kids. It was enlightening to read about the author's struggles with bedwetting throughout her childhood and how that formed her character, but once it moved on to the details of her show I was definitely no longer the target audience.
I really wanted to find this book funny. In fact, parts of it were. I did laugh. But there were many more parts of the book that I found offensive, unfunny, or just in poor taste.
