The excitement and joyously erratic journey continues.... lovely and divine. LOVE this! Fresh and fun!
I enjoyed the first book in this series more. I also read the preview for the next one and that one starts off very intriguing. Over all, these are fun, quick reads that are well written and enjoyable when you want to relax and not read something overly intense.
A fairly enjoyable book. However I can’t let go of the idea that the character of Jackaby is inspired by the Tenth Doctor. And the quirkinesses of the character feels a bit too forced. These are really just my impressions. But it’s okay for a YA series.

Another wonderful visit with the charming Jackaby and the adventure-seeking Abigail. This book is a fantastic escape from the daily normality.
Although I liked Jackaby more, I still enjoyed this book, took a while to kick into gear but I still really enjoy the adventure Abagail and Jackaby went on. You meet some new characters, like Hank, who is friends with Jackaby so he becomes so much more interesting with that fact alone. Sounds like another adventure is in the works, with the way Beastly Bones ended... And yes I will be waiting :)
