This is the first book by Linda Lael Miller I've ever read. I tend to stay away from the whole Texas, cowboy thing (I usually find them pretty boring, or at least, overdone). But I liked this first book in the new McKettrick series enough that I'll eventually pick up the subsequent books to read the stories of Tate's brothers. Good start.

This is the second Linda Lael Miller book I've read, I enjoy her writing. This book was a quick, sweet read ... great for summer reading.

I liked this book, but then again I almost always like 'second chances' books so there's that fact.
