This felt very rushed and hand-wavy at the end. It also bothered me the entire book that the author never provided a reason as to why a Viscount would have been serving as a career officer when was always the eldest son.
I thought at the beginning of the book the brother who was killed in the duel was his older brother, which would have made that plot point make sense, but no, it was his younger brother. Then, towards the end, it kept bothering me that when the hero and the heroine's brother were potentially going to be charged with crimes, nobody mentions that they'd have to be tried in the House of Lords.
