Feels very Instagram poet. Some parts of this did speak to me and I can tell the poet truly grapples and I offer my condolences but it felt preachy

this was a lot sadder than I remembered - definitely recommend checking TWs before reading.
I didn’t love that part III was really the only happy part but it revolved around a man. It made healing feel like an attachment or another person, as opposed to something that can happen individually within yourself.

While there were lines that stuck out to me and some poems I enjoyed, the overall prose was difficult to read through and personally not my preferred style. I think this book is well suited for people who want to pick up their first poetry book.
