It's just weird enough that I love it. However, I'm not going to continue with the series. It's a little too much sociopath stuff for me personally.

I've been listening to various audiobooks lately and this was on of my favorites. The author manages to present a strange and often creepy protagonist in a very likeable way and a wonderful sense of suspense kept me wanting more the entire book.

Empecé a leer sin muchas ganas ya que no soy muy fan del suspenso así que iba en mi tiempos libres leyendo de a poco, y me terminó gustando bastante.

Algo que me la ha bajado un poquito es lo sobrenatural(?)
Y cómo he leído en varios comentarios también me quedé con ganas de saber más sobre la familia del protagonista. Y en cuánto a él, me gusta la dualidad de cómo me sentía, algunas partes me perturbada con lo que pensaba y en otras me causaba gracia.

En fin, si le daría la oportunidad al autor de leer sus otros libros, me gustó la manera en como narraba.

The main character reminds me of the show Dexter where its main character was a sociopath himself. I think the store does a fine job taking us through John Cleaver’s emotions and tendencies he tries to suppress. Since we are reading in John’s pov certain scenes are graphic and the characters goes into deep detail about then graphics to be warned

 Apunta en la dirección aproximada y correcta de serial killer (? está bueno, es una lectura rápida y obviamente continúa pero lo que cuenta tiene un cierre. Lloré. El protagonista puede ser un sociopata sin emociones o empatía pero yo no. Encima meten abuelitos indefensos en medio y es mi maldita debilidad (? 
No sé si seguiría leyendo la saga o trilogía, me choca que él no pueda conectar emocionalmente pero al mismo tiempo me intriga un poquito que será de su vida ahora (? también me ha reír en algunas partes, así que no es una mala lectura.

This book was not what I was expecting. It is a little bit science-fiction-y. But also a mystery. Very well written and a gripping story that kept me engrossed.
