I just loved how this story was written. It felt like I was right there with Selena through everything. I honestly couldn’t put it down and it was my first ever dark omegaverse, I may have to read the others because it was that good.

This book is part three in the Omega Syndicate Series, which have all been written by different authors and can be read as stand-alones and in any order.

Having said that and this being the first book out of the series that I read, I wonder if I would have gotten a little more background information on the Syndicate that is missing from this book, had I read the other two books first.

At the same time, this is a fast paced story with likeable, and not so likeable, characters, a whole lot of smut (spicy!) and a good plot. At the end, there was a revelation I didn't see coming.

While I I would have liked a little more world building and background information, I still enjoyed this book and am looking forward to reading more from this series.

I received this book for an honest review.

Holy hell, this book was dark and oh so tantalizing. There were so many twists and turns in this book, I wasn’t even able to guess what was coming. No way to really know who the bad guys was until it was revealed. So glad all of my questions were answered and that even with the deceit and dark topics at had that all of the main characters get the HEA.
