It was a slow  start to this book but once you hit about chapter 6 it really takes off. I was hooked from then on. The premise is fantastic and so unique, I really like the duo together, the story is great and the family dynamic is more relatable than it should be  😅. I applaud these authors for their work at creating a unique and engaging story.

The story started out at a slow read where you are introduced to Nadia “Clover Eyes” and Miles. I had to force myself to keep reading the beginning because it’s such a slow read. Once I got to chapters 6 and 7, I couldn’t put the book down.

The story line is so well written and just draws you it. Nadia comes from a family that steals wish from people who don’t even know they exist until Miles. Miles knows about wishes and even bought his wish. Nadia steals his wish and sets up a story of them coming together to try and get it back because it was then stolen from her.

If you like stories the deal with family drama, you will get plenty of that in the story.

I can’t wait for book 2 in the series to come up.

3.5 ⭐️ I’m not even sure how to put my thoughts on this book to words. The beginning was interesting as we were introduced to this world where wishes are real. After the first chapter or two I found the story to be dragging a bit, but the character development and world building was necessary. In fact, throughout the book I found myself wishing

Amazing! The story is unique and you can tell that a lot of time went into the organisation of the wish hunter world and its rules. The Charakters are charming funny and special in behavior, language etc.
I'd write more, but with books i like a lot i've got somehow not much to say about – but go on read it, its worth your time :)

Disclaimer: I received a free copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

The concept of this book was what pulled me in, and also what kept me reading. While it is an urban fantasy and thus set in our world, the world created arohnd wishes was so fascinating. The rules surrounding wishes and how they are earned, used, and spent, was so fascinating to read about. I also loved getting to see what people wished for, and how they would manipulate one wish a hundred ways.

The book was very fast paced and compulsively readable. The characters were interesting, although I do feel like the relationships sometimes went from one extreme to the next with no real development in between.

Besides the main plot, there were a lot of other things going on. Luckily, information was given in such a way that you never felt overwhelmed or bored.

The story wraps up nicely, but still sets the plot up quite well for the next book! Overall, a very unique and fun read, especially for a first book. I look forward to seeing where this series is headed next

Wish Hunter was such a fun and unique book, I loved the premise and really enjoyed reading about all the different characters.

There was magic, a bit of Family drama and a splash of Mission Impossible all thrown into one and that made for a fun ride. I will be impatiently awaiting the next book to find out where the story goes,

I really enjoyed this book. Thank you NetGalley for the ARC
