Amazing book! Adventurous but you have to read the first book to understand a few things. Suspenseful and had me reading till 12:30 last night! Amazing plot and amazing characters.

2nd book in the good girls guide to murder series! A great page-turner with suspense and mystery. I'm constantly trying to figure out the case with Pip which is great fun. This one was quite sad in the end though :'(

I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS BOOK. I would definitely recommend this. Pip deserves the world. Max Hasting pissed me off. Ravi is just ❤️. Cara slayed. Jamie was kinda meh. I felt that he was a bit naive and he really really needs to get his life straightened out. I disliked him a lot and I feel so bad for his parents. Nat was portrayed wonderfully

Like the first book in the series, this was also an incredible book. I did find it to be a little less together than 'A Good Girls Guide to Murder' but I still absolutely loved the book. The characters and the plot line were well planned and executed. I watch and read a lot of crime based shows, movies and books and often find myself working out the ending way before I reach it but with this, there were so many options and twists that I found myself guessing over and over again as the plot developed.

Again, the audiobook only added to my reading experience with this book as it is a full cast audiobook but it also has phone calls as actual phone calls, when Pip is reading from her case notes, you can hear the movement of paper, when she records conversations, you can hear the equipment whirring and beeping etc. The audiobook was a fully immersive experience and it was brilliant. I also really enjoyed hearing elements of the podcast created by Pip in this book, it was a clever continuation from the first book.

I really liked the themes this book talked about, things like justice and owning your darker side. While I liked the mystery and were super engaged with it, I did find the final twist/reveal to be super left field, very out of the blue and random
